General Payment Terms

• Pre-payment is required for all non stock items for non account holders
• Non stock & made-to-order items are strictly NON RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE
• Credit Card surcharge payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge

Returns

• Returned goods and credit claims will only be considered if made within 7 days of purchase
• A 15% restocking handling fee will apply for change of mind returns

Exclusions & Omissions Excepted

EE&OE (Exclusions & Omissions Excepted) - means that if the quote was wrong it is not Doogood’s fault it is the customers responsibility to fully read and understand their quote
