General Payment Terms

• Pre-payment is required for all non stock items for non account holders
• Non stock & made-to-order items are strictly NON RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE
• 1.75% surcharge VISA/Mastercard AMEX 2.55% International Fee 3.5%

Returns

• Goods returned and credit claims will only be considered if made within 10 days of purchase
• A 15% restocking handling fee will apply for change of mind returns
